What is RespectMeet?

RespectMeet is a project created to help people connect in the real world in a safe, clear, and respectful way. It’s not another social network, and it’s not a traditional dating app.

It’s a tool designed to support real human encounters, built on consent, transparency, and mutual respect. It starts from a simple idea: meeting people should feel natural, safe, and never uncomfortable.

What is RespectMeet built on?

Respect
Each person decides how they want to be contacted, when, and by whom. No unwanted messages and no invasion of personal space.
Clear consent
Contact is only possible if both sides allow it. No pressure, no misunderstandings, and no hidden games.
Real-life connection (IRL)
Designed for real spaces: events, bars, travel, and social environments. It doesn’t replace real life — it supports it.

How does it work?

With personal QR codes — embedded in clothing or accessories — you can share your profile voluntarily.

Scanning the QR never gives direct access: the other person decides whether to accept contact. No public exposure. No data visible without permission. No awkward situations.

Who is RespectMeet for?

Our vision

We want to contribute to a cultural shift: approaching someone can be something beautiful, safe, and normal again — without fear, bad experiences, or crossed boundaries.

RespectMeet doesn’t connect bodies. It connects people.
