IRL connections built on respect, consent & safety
What is RespectMeet?
RespectMeet is a project created to help people connect in the real world in a safe, clear, and respectful way. It’s not another social network, and it’s not a traditional dating app.
It’s a tool designed to support real human encounters, built on consent, transparency, and mutual respect. It starts from a simple idea: meeting people should feel natural, safe, and never uncomfortable.
What is RespectMeet built on?
How does it work?
With personal QR codes — embedded in clothing or accessories — you can share your profile voluntarily.
Scanning the QR never gives direct access: the other person decides whether to accept contact. No public exposure. No data visible without permission. No awkward situations.
What makes RespectMeet different?
- It’s not a swipe app or fast consumption of people.
- It doesn’t encourage insistence or intrusion.
- It doesn’t collect unnecessary data.
- It doesn’t promote anonymous interactions without accountability.
Who is RespectMeet for?
- For people who value respect and clear communication.
- For those who want to meet others without pressure.
- For those looking for genuine human connections.
- For those who believe consent is not optional.
We want to contribute to a cultural shift: approaching someone can be something beautiful, safe, and normal again — without fear, bad experiences, or crossed boundaries.
RespectMeet doesn’t connect bodies. It connects people.
